Ahuja Residences has appointed Medha Tiwari as Chief Business Officer – Hotel Division, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation continues to focus on business growth, revenue and commercial strategy.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Medha brings expertise across sales, marketing, revenue management, business development and strategic partnerships. Her career includes leading hospitality brands such as Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Apeejay Surendra Park Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, ITC Hotels, The Lalit and Grand Hyatt Delhi.
Throughout her career, Medha has worked with both established and growth-focused hospitality businesses, with experience in driving revenue, building high-performing teams and leading pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives. She has also worked closely with senior leadership teams and key accounts to build partnerships and create new business opportunities.
Known for her strategic and result-oriented approach, Medha has led teams through periods of growth and transformation, focusing on building strong commercial foundations and delivering sustainable business results. Her experience also covers digital marketing, revenue and inventory management, strategic brand partnerships and customer acquisition.
Medha holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources and has completed executive programmes in Strategic Hospitality Management and Strategic Pricing from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. In her new role at Ahuja Residences, Medha will lead the commercial strategy for the Hotel Division. Her responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, building strategic partnerships and creating new avenues for business growth.
