Air India Express has announced its largest-ever Winter Schedule for 2026, expanding its domestic and international network to around 585 daily flights and strengthening connectivity across India and key overseas destinations.
The Winter Schedule will come into effect from October 25, 2026, and will be rolled out in phases. Once fully implemented, the airline will operate approximately 435 domestic and up to 150 international departures every day.
The expanded schedule will cover 65 stations and 220 routes, including more than 40 new routes across domestic and international markets. Air India Express' international network is also set to grow from 83 to more than 100 routes.
The expansion comes as the airline continues to grow its fleet, which now comprises more than 105 aircraft, while increasing capacity across its domestic and international markets.
Commenting on the Winter Schedule 2026, Nipun Aggarwal, Chairman, Air India Express, said, “The scale of our Winter Schedule 2026 reflects both our confidence in India’s growth story and the increasing importance of air connectivity in supporting trade, tourism, and economic development.”
He added that the airline remains focused on strengthening connections between metros, emerging cities and underserved markets while maintaining disciplined growth amid elevated fuel costs and broader operating challenges.
Air India Express' operations are expected to increase from approximately 3,150 weekly flights in Summer 2026 to nearly 4,100 weekly flights in Winter 2026.
One-stop connectivity will also increase from around 1,330 weekly connections to nearly 1,600, giving passengers more options to connect across the airline's expanding network.
The new schedule includes several international routes connecting Indian cities with destinations across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
The international additions include:

The Winter Schedule 2026 represents another step in Air India Express' network expansion, with the airline seeking to provide greater travel choice and stronger connections between India's major cities, emerging markets and international destinations.
