Ajay's Cafe has launched Barbeque Fries at ₹70, introducing a smoky and tangy flavour to its menu across all outlets. The new offering combines crispy fries with barbeque seasoning and a touch of spice, adding a fresh flavour option to the brand's existing range.

The launch caters to customers looking for familiar quick-service favourites with a different taste profile, while maintaining the brand's focus on accessible pricing.

Commenting on the launch, Ajay Solanki, Founder Director, Ajay's Cafe, said, “Fries are a much-loved part of the quick-service food experience, but customers are increasingly looking for new flavours. With Barbeque Fries, we have launched a flavour that is bold, smoky, tangy and easy to enjoy. We have kept the offering simple and accessible at Rs.70, while ensuring the taste and consistency that our customers have come to expect from Ajay's Cafe.”

The addition strengthens the cafe chain's menu in the fries category, using a familiar snack format with a distinct seasoning profile. The Barbeque Fries are now available across all Ajay's Cafe outlets at a price of ₹70.

Founded in Navsari, Gujarat, in 2014, Ajay's Cafe has grown from a single outlet to a network of more than 286 outlets across 67 cities in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Gujarat remains its largest market, while the brand is also expanding into new states.

The company recently entered Maharashtra with two outlets in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and plans to expand to 30 outlets in the state over the next year. The expansion reflects the brand's efforts to strengthen its footprint while continuing to offer affordable vegetarian quick-service food.
