Akasa Air collaborated with the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) to observe the Aviation Security Culture Week from 31st July to 5th August 2023. In line with ICAO guidelines, this initiative aims to enhance security awareness and foster a positive security culture in aviation operations nationwide. The event emphasizes the shared responsibility of all stakeholders in ensuring security. The tagline "See it, Say it and Secure it" encourages vigilance and reporting of suspicious activities.

Various activities, including pledge-taking ceremonies, awareness programs, and masterclasses, are planned to sensitize Akasa Air's employees across their network. Special announcements onboard and at boarding gates will also reinforce the importance of a robust security culture.
