Minor Hotels has announced an exciting new addition to its portfolio: the Anantara Dragon Seseh Bali Resort, set to open in 2027. This new development will mark the first luxury beachfront resort on Bali’s Seseh Beach and will be the third Anantara property on the island.

Located on the black volcanic sands of Seseh Beach, the resort will be just a short drive from popular destinations like Canggu and Seminyak and an hour from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The resort's striking design, created by renowned British architect John Dawes, is inspired by the mystical Barong of Bali, a dragon-like guardian, and blends strength, grace, and fantasy.

The Anantara Dragon Seseh Bali Resort will feature 216 rooms, including suites ranging from 52 to 120 square meters, offering guests a serene oceanfront retreat. The Cocoon Residences, which will be available for purchase, combine modern elegance with natural elements, providing stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

The resort, developed by the Taryan Group, will offer a range of luxurious amenities. Guests can enjoy world-class surfing on Seseh Beach, rejuvenate at the Anantara Spa, and find inner peace in dedicated yoga and meditation studios. The resort will also feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, an on-site surf school, and three swimming pools. Dining options will include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty Japanese restaurant, and a poolside bar.

Currently, Minor Hotels operates two properties in Bali: the Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort and Avani Seminyak Bali Resort. The hotel group will expand its presence on the island with the Anantara Ubud Bali Resort, opening in September 2024. This new resort will bring Anantara’s authentic luxury to Bali’s interior with 66 suites and pool villas, and 15 branded residences nestled amid tropical jungle and rice fields.
