Having served as the Hotel Manager at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru in India, Rohit Pandey's journey in the industry began in 2020 as a key member of the pre-opening team, where he spearheaded strategies to drive revenue, develop innovative food and beverage concepts, and meticulously recruit the hotel team. His career boasts a diverse portfolio, having worked with renowned brands such as Marriott International, Centara Hotels & Resorts, Dusit Thani Hotels & Resorts, One & Only Resorts, Aman Resorts, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, and Minor Hotels’ Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, and Avani Hotels & Resorts.
A seasoned pre-opening hotelier, Rohit Pandey's expertise extends across various roles in food and beverage management and operations, spanning across India, the Maldives, Seychelles, and Thailand. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology in Gwalior, India.
In his new capacity at Minor Hotels, Rohit Pandey will lead the charge in introducing and strategically positioning Anantara's premier property in India. Collaborating closely with senior executives, including Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President – Middle East, Africa, and India, and Vijay Krishnan Vazhvelil, Vice President – Operations, India, Rohit's commitment to excellence promises to deliver authentic and unforgettable journeys for Anantara guests, immersing them in the vibrant culture and rich heritage that Jaipur has to offer.
