Anardana has marked its entry into Moti Nagar with the opening of its 12th outlet at MidTown, DLF Moti Nagar. This launch brings the brand’s signature take on modern Indian and multi cuisine dining to a new part of the city, adding a fresh option to the area’s growing food scene.
Known for blending Indian flavours with global influences, Anardana continues to build on its idea of offering more than just a meal. The new outlet reflects this approach, where food, design, and overall experience come together to create something memorable for diners.
The menu at this outlet introduces a mix of bold and creative dishes that bring together familiar tastes with a modern twist. Selections like Gulkand Paan Tikki, Quinoa Avocado Bhel, Pickled Chicken Fire Kulcha, and Hyderabadi Khatta Murgh highlight this direction. From comforting options like Makhani Soya Chaap to desserts such as Mishti Doi Brulee, the offerings are designed to feel both rooted and refreshing at the same time.
The space itself has been carefully designed to enhance the dining experience. With a balance of traditional Indian elements and modern aesthetics, the interiors create a warm and inviting setting. Textures like plastered walls, brushed metallic finishes, and cane details are paired with soft lighting to give the space a welcoming feel. The layout moves through cosy corners, intimate seating areas, and a lively bar, making it suitable for different kinds of gatherings.

The brunch has been curated as a tribute to India's rich culinary heritage, offering an extensive vegetarian menu featuring regional favourites alongside international dishes. The exclusive one-day brunch experience aims to revive the forgotten flavours and timeless traditions of Nizami cuisine, offering guests in Vijayawada a rare opportunity to explore the rich culinary legacy of Hyderabad’s royal kitchens.
Rooted in a blend of Persian, Turkish, Mughlai, and Deccani influences, Nizami cuisine is celebrated for its slow-cooking methods, balanced spices, and intricate layers of flavour. Over generations, it has played a significant role in shaping Hyderabad’s food culture and remains one of India’s most cherished culinary traditions.
Curated by the culinary team at Novotel Vijayawada Varun, the specially designed menu brings back traditional recipes and iconic dishes, featuring a selection of royal delicacies including Haazma-e-Zam Zam, Lost Nizami Mutton Maraq, Asaf Jahi Shamiya Kebab, Pathar Ka Gosht, Roohani Kachhi Yakhni Biryani, Bagara Khana, Meetah Gosht, Hyderabadi Lagan Ka Murgh, and the classic Khubani Ka Meetha with Gaadi Malai.
