Antarctica Equipment, a prominent Indian manufacturer and supplier of temperature-controlled display equipment, has announced a new partnership with Valmar Global d.o.o., a leading producer of ice cream production equipment. This collaboration aims to introduce Valmar’s advanced ice cream-making technology to the growing Indian market.
Valmar, founded in 1987, is known for its innovative and high-efficiency batch freezers. Their machines are designed to meet the diverse needs of the food industry, with a strong reputation for technological advancement, reliability, and durability.
Antarctica Equipment’s extensive network and deep knowledge of the Indian market make it an ideal partner for Valmar. The partnership is set to provide Indian ice cream manufacturers with state-of-the-art machinery, enabling them to produce high-quality gelato and ice cream.
"We are thrilled to partner with Antarctica Equipment to bring Valmar's advanced ice cream production technology to India," said Valter Jejčič, Founder and CEO of Valmar Global d.o.o. He highlighted the rapid growth of India's ice cream market and expressed confidence that Valmar’s innovative machines will meet the high standards and unique requirements of this market. He also emphasized the importance of local support, which Antarctica Equipment will provide through installation, training, and after-sales service.
The introduction of Valmar's TTi series batch freezers is a key highlight of this partnership. These machines are known for their energy efficiency, saving about 30% on water and energy costs, which enhances operational efficiency and reduces expenses for manufacturers.
Antarctica Equipment shares Valmar’s vision of enhancing the capabilities of Indian ice cream manufacturers. Gaurav Mittal, CEO of Antarctica Equipment, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, "We are excited to join hands with Valmar and introduce their world-class machines to our clients. This partnership will bring significant value to the Indian market, and we look forward to a successful collaboration."
Valmar’s product range in India will include various specialized machines, such as horizontal and vertical batch freezers, multipurpose combined units, pasteurizers, aging vats, and advanced cream whippers. The companies plan to showcase these machines at events across major Indian cities, offering potential customers hands-on experience.
