Marriott International has appointed Anuradha Venkatachalam as the Pre-opening Hotel Captain for the forthcoming Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud, marking the debut of the first Moxy Hotel in India. Armed with extensive global experience in the Middle East and South East Asia, Anuradha is set to lead this new venture in her hometown of Bengaluru, India, in collaboration with Marriott International.

Anuradha embarked on her hospitality journey in 2010 with IHG at Crowne Plaza Bahrain, with her career subsequently spanning Kuwait and Oman. Her roles included Cluster Director of Marketing Communications and PR at JW Marriott Kuwait. Returning to IHG in Singapore, she held key leadership positions in Commercial and Operations. Anuradha's recent role was as Director of Operations at the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.

A dedicated team builder and advocate for genuine hospitality, Anuradha champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. She has mentored aspiring hoteliers, particularly emerging female leaders, with a vision to guide the next generation of hospitality professionals.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Anuradha enjoys expressing her creativity through various art forms and finds solace in exploring scenic nature trails through trekking.

With Anuradha's wealth of experience and commitment, her appointment signals a promising future for the launch of Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud.
