Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Arman Chaugule as Account Manager, Sales – South Asia, effective 12th May 2026. In his new role, Arman will be part of the Commercial Sales Office – South Asia and will be responsible for the Gujarat market.

Arman will manage strategic business relationships and drive commercial opportunities across the Managed and Franchised portfolio of Radisson Hotel Group – South Asia. His responsibilities will include managing and developing Global Corporate, Pharmaceutical, MICE, Wedding and Wholesale accounts across Gujarat and the wider West India market. He will also focus on strengthening strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving account production and supporting revenue growth across the portfolio.

Arman brings nearly seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise across strategic sales, corporate hospitality, MICE, weddings, business development and key account management. His career includes experience with leading international hospitality brands, contributing to revenue generation, market development and commercial performance.

Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, Arman was associated with Accor – InterGlobe Hotels as Regional Sales Manager – Gujarat. In the role, he managed corporate, MICE and wedding business while supporting market expansion and revenue growth across the region.

Earlier, Arman held various sales leadership roles with Marriott International, where he gained experience in strategic account management, business development, MICE and client relationship management. During his tenure, he was recognised for his sales performance and contributions to business growth.

Arman holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Studies from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai. Outside work, Arman enjoys travelling, networking, cricket and spending quality time with family and friends. Radisson Hotel Group welcomed Arman to the organisation and wished him continued success in his new role.
