Atmosphere Core has appointed Neeraj Seth as Assistant Vice President – Communication, bringing more than 25 years of international experience across luxury hospitality, real estate, consumer technology, marketing and strategic communications.

Based in the Maldives, Seth will lead strategic communication initiatives across Atmosphere Core's operations in the Maldives and Sri Lanka. His responsibilities will include media relations, corporate communications, brand positioning and storytelling, while working with leadership and resort teams to highlight the people, experiences and destinations behind the group's brands.

Seth brings experience across Africa, Asia, India and the Middle East, having held senior leadership positions with global and regional organisations. His areas of expertise include strategic communications, public relations, media relations, digital communications, partnerships, brand positioning and major launches.

Hospitality has been a significant focus of his recent career, spanning luxury resorts, real estate and strategic communications. His experience includes pre-openings, launches, rebranding exercises, integrated marketing campaigns, international media engagement and brand partnerships across key EMEIA markets. He has also represented global hospitality and lifestyle brands as an official media spokesperson.

Stéphane Laguette, Chief Commercial Officer, Atmosphere Core, welcomed Seth to the organisation, highlighting his international experience across marketing, communications and hospitality and his understanding of media relations and brand storytelling.

Seth's appointment comes as Atmosphere Core continues to expand its presence across South Asia and international markets, with communications playing a role in building the visibility of its brands, experiences and corporate identity.

Atmosphere Core currently operates nine resorts across the Maldives, along with heritage hotels in India and Italy. Its portfolio includes THE OZEN COLLECTION, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, COLOURS OF OBLU and ONE Atmosphere.

The group's development pipeline spans destinations across India, including Bhubaneswar, Chandragiri, Coorg, Ganpatipule, Goa, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Kannur, Kolkata, Kufri, Kurseong, Mirik and Shirdi. The pipeline also includes a project in South Malé Atoll in the Maldives, Banepa in Nepal and Tangalle in Sri Lanka.
