Atmosphere Core has officially signed its latest luxury development in Jaipur, ARYAVILLE BY ATMOSPHERE JAIPUR, in collaboration with Harbinger Recreations LLP. Slated to open in Q1 2028, this resort marks the second project under the Atmosphere banner in the Pink City, reinforcing the brand’s growing presence in Rajasthan.

Located just an hour from Jaipur International Airport and close to the city’s heritage heart, Aryaville aims to offer guests an immersive Rajasthani experience through its thoughtful architecture, premium amenities, and curated service.

“This milestone reflects our focused expansion across India and South Asia. Aryaville will serve leisure travellers, corporate guests, and wedding celebrations with equal finesse,” said Mr. Salil Panigrahi, Managing Director of Atmosphere Core.

Designed under the “BY ATMOSPHERE” label, the retreat will feature 244 luxurious accommodations, including private cottages and three-bedroom villas with personal plunge pools. Set against the Aravalli hills, each unit is designed to blend comfort, privacy, and nature seamlessly.

True to its eco-conscious roots, Aryaville is being developed as a self-sustainable property, incorporating green principles like energy efficiency, eco-friendly amenities, and immersive natural landscaping.

Guests can expect a rich culinary journey, with the resort offering an all-day dining space with alfresco options, a North Indian specialty restaurant, an artisan café, a lounge, and a vibrant bar—all crafted to reflect regional flavours and global standards.

For wellness seekers, the award-winning ELE|NA Spa & Wellness will offer calming treatments amidst scenic views, while event planners can take advantage of the property’s spacious lawns, boardrooms, and indoor venues—perfect for weddings, conferences, and private gatherings.

Reflecting on Jaipur’s rich legacy, the resort also draws inspiration from the Pink City’s royal past, where pink architecture was historically associated with warmth and hospitality. Aryaville promises to honour that tradition, with modern elegance infused with cultural storytelling.

McDonald’s, the American quick-service restaurant (QSR) giant, has announced plans to invest $100 million (around ₹875 crore) in its new global office in Hyderabad over the next two years. The office will serve as a major hub for the company’s global operations and technological innovations.

Deshant Kaila, Head of Global Business Services (GBS) Operations at McDonald’s, stated that the Hyderabad centre will focus on various corporate functions, including global finance, people services, and the development of the company’s enterprise platform and global technology infrastructure. “We just started three months ago with 100 people. By the end of this year, we plan to grow to 500, and our goal is to expand to around 2,000 employees by early 2027,” Kaila shared.

The facility is already working on key projects using emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to enhance customer personalisation and loyalty. “Today, a McDonald’s app in India doesn’t work in other countries. We aim to develop a unified global app, which will require deep work on enterprise platforms and data systems,” Kaila added.

Dr. Durga Prakash, Head of Technology (Global Offices), McDonald’s, revealed that the global tech teams are driving an edge AI transformation. This innovation, already implemented in 400 restaurants, uses vision cameras and AI algorithms to ensure order accuracy and efficiency. “This is part of our strategy to connect 40,000 restaurants globally,” he said, also highlighting work on internet-connected kitchens.

The new office in Hyderabad will also build capabilities in cybersecurity, enterprise data architecture, data engineering, governance, and AI insights. With this strategic investment, McDonald’s reinforces its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and personalised customer experience on a global scale.
