The brunch begins on a light yet flavourful note with dishes like Chong Qing Crispy Prawn, packed with chilli and garlic, and Zhejiang Asparagus, balanced with chestnut and honey pepper. Soon, a variety of dim sums arrive at the table, creating a steady flow of flavours. Highlights include Truffle Edamame, NG Choy Forest Mushrooms topped with 24k gold, Mala Prawn Dumplings with a hint of Sichuan spice, and the comforting Yàn Yǎn Xiaolong Bao Pork.

As the experience unfolds, the menu moves into hearty main courses. The Canton Roast Duck, served with hoisin and pancakes, allows guests to create their own wraps, while Kung Pao Chicken brings together dry chilli and vinegar cashew nuts for a bold taste. XO Havelock Prawn paired with asparagus and shimeji mushrooms adds another rich layer to the spread.
