Bastian Hospitality Private Limited has announced the grand opening of Bastian Garden City in Bengaluru, marking the brand's third venture in India following its successful establishments in Mumbai's Bandra and Dadar districts.
Founded in 2016, Bastian has garnered widespread acclaim for its unique culinary offerings, blending inventive pairings with comforting classics. Situated on St. Mark’s Road, Bastian Garden City occupies a 60-plus-years-old bungalow behind St. Mark’s Hotel, offering a spacious setting spread across 22,000 sq ft of space across two levels. The chic decor, inspired by chic holiday destinations, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. Although plans for a waterfall in the alfresco area have been put on hold due to the city's water shortages, the ambiance remains enchanting.
Chef Amol Phute has curated a menu that introduces meatier options while retaining the signature favorites from Bastian Mumbai. Dishes like the Peruvian tenderloin tiradito with chipotle ponzu and the salmon and snapper ceviché with mango offer a tantalizing culinary journey for diners.
