After making a mark in Delhi with its artistry and culinary brilliance, Belcibo's Begam has now opened its doors to Noida's discerning food lovers. The new outlet, located at Gardens Galleria Mall, Noida, officially launched on July 17, 2024. Founded by seasoned restaurateurs Naresh and Sharad Madan, Begam promises an exquisite culinary journey with a focus on Turkish and Mediterranean cuisines.
Spanning 5000 sq ft, the new Begam location is a tribute to contemporary women, celebrating their strength and elegance through its innovative concept. This restaurant blends modern sophistication with classic grandeur, offering a unique space where guests can immerse themselves in a memorable dining experience.
Sharad Madan, Director & Co-Founder at Belcibo Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, expressed enthusiasm about the new launch: "Begam is for those seeking an immersive dining experience that transcends the ordinary. We aim to become the go-to destination in Noida for fine dining, mixology, and a sophisticated atmosphere. Our vision is to offer a space that combines culinary excellence with cultural richness, creating cherished memories and building loyal patronage."
The Noida outlet mirrors its Delhi counterpart with Rajasthani and Mughal-inspired interiors, transporting guests to an era of royalty. The restaurant features intricate arches, ornate chandeliers, and romantic candle-light settings, creating a royal ambiance infused with contemporary luxury. The dynamic dining spaces, ranging from intimate areas to a lively bar, cater to both small gatherings and large celebrations.
Begam's menu offers a delightful blend of authentic Turkish and Mediterranean flavors, expertly crafted by skilled chefs. Highlights include Beyati Kebab, Beetroot Borani, Charred Courgette, and Coconut Malabi. The menu's creativity and use of lesser-known ingredients reflect Begam’s innovative spirit and dedication to culinary craftsmanship.
Naresh Madan, Director & Co-Founder, shared his excitement about the new location: "We are thrilled to introduce Begam to Noida following the success of our Delhi restaurant. We look forward to innovating our menu with seasonal dishes and enhancing customer experience with refined service and special events based on feedback."
The Madan brothers have ambitious plans, including the opening of six new restaurants across the Delhi NCR region, a boutique resort and restaurant in Goa, and a fort venue for weddings along the Delhi-Jaipur highway. Healthy breakfasts are moving beyond simple salads and basic meals, with cafés across Mumbai creating menus that combine nutrition with comfort and flavour. Whether it is a quick morning bite before work or a relaxed brunch outing, several food destinations are now offering breakfast options that are both wholesome and satisfying.
Leading the list is Pantry, known for serving mindful meals without compromising on indulgence. Its breakfast menu includes the Four Cheese Omelet, bringing together mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and artisanal gouda for a rich start to the day. For those looking for a protein-rich option, the Protein Packed Quinoa Egg Scrambled combines eggs, quinoa, cheddar and spinach into a filling breakfast plate. Another standout is the Marine Lines Wrap, filled with spicy cottage cheese, BBQ mix, peppers and lettuce wrapped in multigrain bread.
Flax Healthy Living continues to focus on lighter and nourishing breakfast choices. The Granola Power Bowl combines Greek yoghurt, fresh fruits and chia seeds for a balanced meal, while the Avocado and Garlic Butter Rye Toast pairs creamy avocado with roasted garlic butter and seeds on sourdough toast. Its smoothie bowls and parfait options, including Dragon Fruit Parfait, Blueberry Honey Parfait and Green Protein Smoothie, offer refreshing choices packed with nutrients.
Adding a creative touch to breakfast is Juliette Café & Bar, where classic comfort food meets global flavours. The café’s smoothie bowl collection, featuring options like The Beetfruit, Day Dreamer and The Green Galaxy, includes a mix of fruits, nuts, seeds and superfoods.
Those looking for sweet breakfast options can choose Japanese Fluffy Pancakes and French Toast, while savoury selections include Healthy Bowls, Quinoa Upma and Eggs Benedict Crobun. The Benne Dosas also bring a familiar South Indian touch to the menu.
Across the city, cafés and cloud kitchens are increasingly focusing on menus that balance indulgence with healthier ingredients. From protein-rich scrambles to energising smoothie bowls and wraps, breakfast options are becoming more thoughtful and diverse.
With changing eating habits and growing interest in wellness-led dining, these breakfast destinations show that healthy eating no longer means giving up flavour or comfort.

Rumour is set to celebrate International Wine Day with an immersive one-night flea experience designed around wine, music, curated brands, and social experiences in the capital.
Scheduled for 24 May 2026, the event titled “Flea at Rumour” will transform the New York-inspired speakeasy into an experiential social space featuring curated wine tastings, a dedicated wine window, pop-up lifestyle brands, and music-led experiences.
Positioned as an evening for wine enthusiasts and culture-focused audiences, the event aims to combine the relaxed charm of European wine evenings with the evolving social and nightlife culture of Delhi. Guests will have the opportunity to explore homegrown brands, engage in wine discovery sessions, and enjoy an atmosphere designed for conversations and community interaction.
Speaking about the concept, founders Rhea Parekh Jain and Nishchay Jain shared that the event was created to make wine experiences more social, approachable, and immersive beyond conventional dining settings.
The venue interiors, designed by Sussanne Khan through The Charcoal Project, feature warm lighting, layered textures, rustic detailing, and intimate seating inspired by hidden wine bars and loft-style spaces in New York.
The Flea at Rumour further reflects Delhi’s growing appetite for experiential hospitality concepts that blend food, beverages, music, retail, and community-led engagement into a single curated evening.
