Biswarup Chatterjee has been appointed as the Executive Chef at the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket, a 115-room hotel. With more than 10 years of experience, Biswarup is a dedicated and passionate culinary professional skilled in managing various aspects of culinary operations, including pre-opening and rebranding of outlets.

Chef Biswarup has had the privilege of working with esteemed brands such as Banyan Tree, Grand Palladium, Accor, and Taj Hotels. His journey has taken him across India, Maldives, Mexico, and The Caribbean. He was also a pivotal part of the pre-opening team at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links in 2014.

Chef Biswarup boasts a diverse culinary background that encompasses Italian, French, Mexican, Jamaican, Pan American, and Asian cuisines. He artfully combines elements from these cuisines to craft innovative menus. He also excels as a versatile trainer, deriving immense satisfaction from imparting his expertise to his culinary colleagues, contributing to the development of a proficient and cohesive team.

Outside of his professional kitchen endeavors, Biswarup finds joy in playing table tennis, experimenting with new recipes, spending quality time with family and friends, and embarking on travels. He earned his hospitality degree in Bachelor's Hotel and Hospitality Management from NCHMCT, Institute of Hotel Management in Kolkata.

Lords Hotels & Resorts has appointed Mr. Jitendra Sharma as the new Regional Manager for its properties in Rajasthan, based out of Nathdwara. In this role, Sharma will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the hotels under his leadership, including managing the P&L and operations at Shri Vallabh Vilas Lords Plaza in Nathdwara. His focus will be on ensuring the delivery of True Value Hospitality to guests.

Sharma has been with Lords Hotels for almost a decade, previously serving as the Sr. General Manager at Lords Plaza Jaipur, where he made significant contributions by boosting profitability and improving guest ratings. His deep understanding of the brand’s goals, service standards, and identity, gained over 22 years in the industry, will be key in driving future success. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the prestigious Pusa Institute.
