Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has appointed Kumar Gaurav Singh as Corporate HR Head, based at the company's corporate office in Jaipur. The appointment comes as the hospitality management group continues to expand its portfolio and strengthen its organisational capabilities.
Kumar Gaurav Singh brings more than 19 years of hospitality experience across HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. During his career, he has worked with semi-government organisations, multinational companies, and established hospitality brands, including TGB, ITC Hotels, and Marriott International.
In his new role, Kumar Gaurav Singh will oversee the group's HR function and work closely with corporate and property teams. His responsibilities will include strengthening recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee engagement and HR systems.
A key part of his mandate will be to build consistent people practices across the organisation as Black Rock expands its hotel portfolio and workforce.
Commenting on the appointment, Anshul Bhargava, Founder, Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, said, “As our portfolio grows, building strong teams and systems across our hotels becomes increasingly important. Kumar Gaurav Singh's experience with established hospitality organisations and his understanding of hotel operations will help us strengthen our people practices while creating opportunities for employees to grow with the organisation.”

The appointment forms part of Black Rock Hotels & Resorts' ongoing effort to strengthen its corporate leadership and build scalable systems for its next phase of growth.
