Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Pranav Bharadwaj as General Manager of Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore, the luxury wildlife resort within its hospitality portfolio. Bringing close to three decades of industry experience, he joins the property with extensive expertise in hotel operations, commercial strategy, revenue optimisation, and guest experience management.
Over the course of his career, Pranav Bharadwaj has worked with leading hospitality brands including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Leela Kempinski Hotels, Marriott International, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He has held several leadership roles and developed strong capabilities in driving operational efficiency and business performance across hospitality environments.
Prior to joining Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore, he was associated with Regenta Suites Gurugram, where he led business transformation initiatives focused on strengthening market positioning, enhancing operational efficiencies, and improving overall business performance. He is also recognised for building strong teams and delivering sustainable growth across hospitality operations.
In his new role, Pranav Bharadwaj will oversee the overall functioning of the resort, with a focus on elevating guest experiences, strengthening operational performance, and enhancing the property's position within the luxury wildlife hospitality segment.
