Titled Khmer Bites & Brews, this unique dining event on March 21st & 22nd, 2025, will bring the bold and authentic flavors of Cambodia to Bengaluru. Artisanal Dimsums – Chicken Floret

Juicy chicken marinated in oyster sauce with a special blend of Asian spices, delicately wrapped and steamed to perfection.

Fish Amok

A vibrant Cambodian-style curry featuring tender sea bass, fragrant red kroeung (a Khmer spice blend), creamy coconut milk, fresh noni leaves, and spinach, all steam-cooked in banana leaves for an authentic taste.

Kampot Pepper Crème Brûlée

A decadent vanilla custard infused with aromatic Kampot pepper, elegantly caramelized for the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.
