Bengaluru-based brewpub chain BLR Brewing Co. has opened its seventh outlet in Yelahanka, expanding its homegrown brewpub experience to North Bengaluru. Located at North Star on Bellary Road, opposite the Yelahanka Traffic Police Station, the new outlet brings together craft beer, food, cocktails, music and entertainment, along with the brand’s five-elements-inspired approach featuring Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.

The new outlet offers BLR Brewing Co.’s house-brewed craft beers, an extensive food menu and its “Bengaluru in a Glass” cocktail and mocktail programme, which takes inspiration from the city’s neighbourhoods, nostalgia and everyday moments. The space also includes live music and entertainment for guests.

The food menu brings together South Indian and coastal Karnataka flavours with comfort food and international options. Highlights include Madras Chilli Mushroom, Kundapura Ghee Roast, BLR Chicken Popcorn, Avarekal Chaat, Tandoori Jhinga and Grilled Jumbo Prawns. The menu also features BLR Special Chicken and Mutton Biryani, Chicken and Mutton Donne Biryani, Mangalore Fish Curry, Indian gravies, hand-stretched sourdough pizzas, dim sum, pasta and Chinese wok dishes.

For desserts, guests can choose from Gulab Jamun, Gajar Ka Halwa, Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream, Pull Me Tiramisu Coffee Crumble and craft ice creams in flavours including Mysore Pak, Kaju Katli and Amrood (Guava).

The beverage programme is led by house-brewed options including Hefeweizen, Belgian Wit, Blonde Ale, Dunkelweizen, IPA, Smoke Wheat, Helles Exportbier and Festbier. The “Bengaluru in a Glass” cocktail menu includes Basavanagudi Bhavan, Malleshwaram Mule, Ulsoor Ganji, Dasara Rasyana and Cox Town Pot, with each drink drawing from different parts and stories of the city.

The Yelahanka outlet has been designed as a series of connected zones, with quieter corners for couples, larger areas for groups and shared social spaces. Greenery, open courtyards, water features, open sections and a central bar bring the five elements into the design. A dedicated live music and entertainment area also allows the space to move from relaxed afternoons to livelier evenings.

The opening also adds to BLR Brewing Co.’s growing presence across Bengaluru. More than 60% of its guests are repeat visitors, reflecting the consistency the brand has built across food, beverages, ambience and hospitality. Along with the new Yelahanka outlet, the brand will roll out its “Table for 2” experience across its outlets in Yelahanka, Whitefield, Bellandur, Prestige Tech Park (PTP), Electronic City, HSR Layout and Kanakapura Road.

Looking ahead, BLR Brewing Co. is working on a 1,000-seater outlet expected to open within the next three months, while five more outlets are planned in the coming years.
