BLR Brewing Co. has opened its seventh outlet in Bengaluru, expanding its homegrown brewpub experience to Yelahanka in North Bengaluru.
Located at North Star on Bellary Road, the new outlet brings together the brand's craft beer, food, cocktails, music and entertainment offerings. The space follows BLR Brewing Co.'s five-elements-inspired design language, incorporating Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space into its interiors.
The food menu combines South Indian and coastal Karnataka influences with familiar comfort dishes and international favourites.
Highlights include Kundapura Ghee Roast, Madras Chilli Mushroom, Avarekal Chaat, BLR Chicken Popcorn and Tandoori Jhinga, alongside BLR Special Chicken and Mutton Biryani, Donne Biryani and Mangalore Fish Curry.
The menu also features a selection of hand-stretched sourdough pizzas, dim sum, pasta and Chinese wok dishes.
Dessert options range from Gulab Jamun and Gajar Ka Halwa to Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream. The outlet also serves craft ice creams in flavours including Mysore Pak, Kaju Katli and Amrood.
The beverage programme is anchored by BLR Brewing Co.'s house-brewed craft beers. The selection includes Hefeweizen, Belgian Wit, Blonde Ale, Dunkelweizen, IPA, Smoke Wheat, Helles Exportbier and Festbier.
The cocktail programme, titled “Bengaluru in a Glass”, takes inspiration from the city's neighbourhoods, memories and local culture.
Among the cocktails are Basavanagudi Bhavan, Malleshwaram Mule, Ulsoor Ganji, Dasara Rasyana and Cox Town Pot, alongside classic cocktails, wines and other bar favourites.
The Yelahanka outlet has been designed as a series of interconnected zones, combining intimate seating areas with open courtyards, greenery, water features and a central bar.
A dedicated live music and entertainment area adds to the social atmosphere of the brewpub. Rather than using the five elements only as a decorative concept, the design incorporates them as a physical element of the space.
The Yelahanka opening marks the brand's seventh outlet in Bengaluru as it continues to expand its presence across the city.
As part of its upcoming expansion, BLR Brewing Co. is also expected to open a 1,000-seater outlet within the next three months, while five additional outlets are planned over the coming years.
