London-based consumer tech brand, Nothing, has unveiled its latest collaboration with Bollywood sensation Ranveer Singh. The actor will serve as the face of Nothing smartphones and play a pivotal role in the brand’s forthcoming campaigns across digital, print, and TV platforms.
Expressing his excitement about the partnership, Singh remarked, “I’m absolutely thrilled to join forces with them. From the moment I first set my eyes on their brand aesthetics and incredible designs, I knew this partnership was meant to be. Nothing’s commitment to breaking the clutter in the smartphone industry is truly inspiring. I can’t wait to collaborate with Nothing and create something truly exceptional together.”
Co-founder of Nothing, Akis Evangelidis, also shared his enthusiasm, stating, “Ever since we started Nothing, we have received tremendous support in India. Our ambitions are expanding day by day in the Indian market. After establishing manufacturing unit and opening numerous service centres across the country, this partnership is a natural next step to further grow our brand. I officially welcome Ranveer among us. We’ve been in touch for quite some time now, and he is a true trailblazer with a strong creative mind to which we relate as a brand. Can’t wait to build together!”
With the upcoming launch of the Nothing Phone 2a, scheduled for March 5, 2024, in India, this collaboration marks a significant milestone for both parties. The smartphone, featuring a custom Dimensity 7200 Pro processor co-engineered with MediaTek, promises unparalleled power efficiency and blazing speed, underscoring Nothing's commitment to innovation.
Founded in 2020, Nothing has rapidly made its mark in the consumer technology landscape, with a lineup of three audio products, two smartphones, and the introduction of a sub-brand: CMF by Nothing. The partnership with Ranveer Singh signifies Nothing's strategic approach to capture the Indian market and establish itself as a formidable player in the global smartphone arena.
As anticipation builds for the release of the Nothing Phone 2a and the subsequent campaigns featuring Ranveer Singh, the collaboration symbolizes a convergence of creativity, innovation, and star power, setting the stage for a transformative journey in smartphone marketing.
