Bengaluru’s vibrant F&B scene has a new addition, Brau Galie, Asia’s first-ever glass microbrewery from Germany. Located in Koramangala, this trend-setting venue blends time-honored brewing methods with futuristic technology, creating an all-encompassing experience where craft beer, gourmet food, and live entertainment come together.

The name ‘Brau Galie’ itself reflects its essence - ‘Brau’ means Brew in German, and ‘Galie’ translates to Gallery, symbolizing the artistry of brewing. More than just a microbrewery, it’s an interactive space that thrives on the concept of ‘LIVE is LIVE,’ offering live brewing, a cocktail bar, an open kitchen, and live music - all under one roof.

The microbrewery operates with a state-of-the-art copper and glass brewing system, helmed by a German Brewmaster, ensuring an unmatched beer experience. The lineup features six signature brews, including three classic German varieties - Bavarian Hefe, Munich, and Dunkel Lager along with three contemporary global styles curated by Indian brewmasters. Santé Spa Cuisine, the award-winning health and wellness dining brand, has strengthened its presence in Pune with the opening of its third outlet at Law College Road. Known for its commitment to fresh, preservative-free, and plant-based cooking, the brand continues to champion mindful dining with dishes that balance taste, nutrition, and sustainability.

The new outlet, set in the backyard of a century-old home surrounded by greenery, features both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 120 guests. With cane, bamboo, copper, and recycled accents, the space reflects Santé’s eco-conscious philosophy while encouraging guests to relax and connect with nature.

Santé’s menu remains true to its wellness-driven ethos.
