Bengaluru’s buzzing F&B scene just got a spectacular new addition. Brau Galie, Asia’s first glass microbrewery from Germany, has officially opened its doors in Koramangala, offering a fresh take on craft beer, global cuisine, and live experiences—all under one roof.
‘Brau’ means brew, and ‘Galie’ means gallery—and true to its name, Brau Galie is a celebration of the art of brewing. Combining centuries-old German brewing traditions with futuristic technology, the venue promises an immersive experience like no other. Think live brewing, a live cocktail bar, a live kitchen, and live music—all happening together, creating an electric atmosphere.
Located in the heart of Bengaluru, Brau Galie spans multiple levels and features a retractable rooftop that opens up to the city’s skies. Its three-story hand-painted mural and warm, earthy interiors make it a visual treat, perfect for private parties, corporate events, or casual evenings with friends.
At the heart of Brau Galie is its impressive brewing setup, led by a renowned German brewmaster using advanced copper and glass systems. Guests can enjoy six signature brews, including three German classics—Bavarian Hefe, Munich, and Dunkel Lager—and three global styles crafted by Indian brewmasters, like the popular seasonal Raspberry Sour.
But it’s not just the beers that shine. Brau Galie's globally inspired menu offers everything from tapas-style plates for two to full-course meals, all carefully curated to pair perfectly with their brews. Whether you’re popping in for a casual drink or hosting a grand celebration, the à la carte and celebration menus promise something for every palate.
Inclusivity is at the core of the Brau Galie experience—no dress codes, no overpowering music, and a kid-friendly policy make it a welcoming space for everyone. It’s all about meaningful conversations, great food, better brews, and unforgettable memories.
"At Brau Galie, we believe the guest is our first priority," shares Mr. Sunil Naidu, Founder of Brau Galie. "Our vision has always been to offer a premium ambiance while ensuring value for money. We're proud to introduce a concept that blends tradition with innovation and are excited to share it with Bengaluru."
More than just a microbrewery, Brau Galie is poised to become a cultural hub, redefining how Bengaluru experiences craft beer, cuisine, and community—all in one stunning, lively destination.

GOPIZZA, the Korean-headquartered global food brand, is making waves once again—this time with the launch of its newest venture: Gochujang, India’s first quick-service restaurant dedicated entirely to authentic Korean street food. The brand opened doors on June 7, 2025, at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, introducing a new way for Indian food lovers to explore Korean flavors.
This launch marks GOPIZZA's third brand under its K-Food umbrella, joining its popular Korean pizza concept and Dalkomi, the indulgent dessert café. Together, the three brands now offer an all-in-one Korean culinary experience, from spicy and savory to sweet, all under one roof.
Gochujang is named after Korea’s iconic fermented red chilli paste and pays tribute to Korea's vibrant street food culture. The “GO” in the name is also a nod to the parent brand GOPIZZA, reflecting its expansion across Indian cities and its mission to deliver immersive Korean dining experiences.
Speaking on the launch, Jaewon Lim, Founder and Global CEO of GOPIZZA, shared, “India is a key market in our global strategy. We’re looking for a master franchise partner and plan to launch 100 outlets across GOPIZZA, Gochujang, and Dalkomi by FY 2026.”
What makes Gochujang unique is its commitment to street food staples straight from Seoul. Think: cheesy corn dogs, fiery tteokbokki, ramen bowls that warm the soul, and more. It's a bold and flavorful menu that stays true to the streets of Korea.
Mahesh Reddy, CEO of GOPIZZA India, added, “Our journey in India has shown a strong love for Korean food. With Gochujang, we’re now offering an authentic Korean street food experience that complements our pizza and dessert brands.”
Located right next to Gochujang, Dalkomi also opens its second location at Mall of Asia after a successful debut at Kempegowda International Airport. The 650 sq ft space forms part of the 3-brand Korean food hub that GOPIZZA plans to replicate across its outlets for both dine-in and delivery.
With high footfall, a cosmopolitan crowd, and a growing appetite for Korean cuisine, Phoenix Mall of Asia was the perfect setting to launch this integrated K-food experience.
Known for its technological innovation, GOPIZZA is also leading in kitchen automation with its proprietary GOBOT (for cutting and heating pizzas), AI Smart Topping Table, and the patented GOVEN that bakes six pizzas in just three minutes—ensuring both speed and consistency across its 65+ outlets.
With Gochujang’s entry, GOPIZZA continues its journey from a single-brand pizza chain to a multi-brand Korean food destination poised to grow both in India and globally.

In Ayurveda, fasting is not just a dietary restriction—it’s a powerful reset for your digestion and overall well-being. According to Dr. Smita Naram, Co-Founder of Ayushakti, fasting should align with your body type or dosha to be truly effective and safe.
Here’s how to tailor your fasting diet based on your dosha:
For Pitta Dosha (Fire + Water):Pitta types tend to get irritable and overheated during fasting. To stay cool and balanced, opt for soothing and hydrating foods. Include fruits like apples, papaya, or pomegranate. A light fasting thali with amaranth or sama rice, mildly spiced and served warm, works well. Avoid spicy, sour, or overly hot foods. Cooling herbs like fennel and coriander, along with drinks like coconut water, are ideal. Also, avoid long fasting gaps without food.
For Vata Dosha (Air + Ether):Vata individuals are more sensitive to fasting and can quickly become unbalanced. Warmth and grounding are key. Stewed fruits like apples and raisins offer gentle nourishment. A comforting fasting thali made with rajgira roti or sama rice khichdi, spiced mildly and served with ghee, is best. Drink warm water and avoid raw, dry, or cold foods. Dry fasting is not advised for Vata types.
For Kapha Dosha (Earth + Water):Fasting benefits Kapha types the most. They thrive on light, astringent fruits such as apples and pomegranates. Fasting tikkis made with sama rice or singhara flour and sweet potato—either baked or roasted—can be included. Use heating spices like ginger and black pepper to stimulate digestion. Avoid dairy, fried, and heavy foods to prevent sluggishness.
Before starting any Ayurvedic fast, it’s crucial to understand your dosha. Knowing your body’s unique constitution allows you to fast in a way that amplifies the benefits—bringing balance, energy, and clarity.
