Carnival Support Services India Pvt. Ltd (CSSI), India’s leading crewing company and a Carnival Corporation and Plc subsidiary, has announced the promotion of Shriniwas Swami to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Formerly the Head of Finance and Business Support at CSSI, Swami brings a decade of valuable experience to his new role.

CSSI, licensed by The Directorate General of Shipping, India, deploys over 22,000 skilled personnel to Carnival Corporation and Plc's global luxury cruise brands. As COO, Swami will oversee crucial functions such as recruitment, onboarding, crew lifecycle processes, and business intelligence. His role is pivotal in shaping CSSI’s operational strategies, emphasizing empowering leadership and fostering a collaborative culture.

Expressing confidence in Swami's leadership, Prasad Hariharan, Managing Director of Carnival Support Services India Pvt. Ltd, stated, “Shriniwas has been integral to CSSI’s success over the past decade.
