Chalet Hotels Limited announced a robust performance for the second quarter of FY26, ending September 30, 2025, showcasing steady growth across its hospitality and development portfolio.
The company’s core business (excluding residential) reported revenues of Rs 460 crores, marking a 20 percent year-on-year increase, while EBITDA rose 25 percent YoY to Rs 200 crores. EBITDA margins expanded by 1.4 percentage points, reaching 43.4 percent, reflecting operational strength and efficiency.
During the quarter, the company unveiled its new premium hospitality lifestyle brand, ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts, a concept built around joy, wellness, and sustainability. This brand positions Chalet to capture the rising demand for premium experiential travel, while offering a scalable framework for future developments under a unified brand vision.
Chalet Hotels also achieved a significant sustainability milestone by becoming the first hospitality company to meet Climate Group’s EV100 target, reinforcing its leadership in responsible business practices.
The Board of Directors declared the company’s first interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share (face value Rs 10), a move that underlines Chalet’s commitment to shareholder value and growth.
The quarter also saw a 10 percent increase in room inventory, driven by strategic acquisitions and the addition of new rooms across properties.
On the development front, several projects made strong progress:
Taj at Delhi Airport is on track for completion in H1 FY27.
Varca Beachfront Resort, Goa, continues as scheduled, with delivery expected in FY28.
The second commercial tower at The Westin Powai Lake and Cignus II, Powai, are both advancing steadily, with completion slated for FY27.
Reflecting on the company’s performance, Sanjay Sethi, Managing Director and CEO, Chalet Hotels Limited, shared, “Chalet delivered a strong and steady performance this quarter, reaffirming the resilience of our diversified portfolio and the power of our operational discipline. Even amid volatile external conditions, from unpredictable weather to geopolitical shifts, our teams executed with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
The quarter also marked a strategic milestone with the debut of ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts, Chalet’s own premium lifestyle brand anchored in joy, wellness, and sustainability. The transformation of the iconic The Dukes Retreat into ATHIVA Resort & Spa, Khandala sets the stage for a broader brand roll-out in the years ahead, strengthening Chalet’s position as an integrated and future-ready hospitality platform.
As I near the close of my tenure as MD & CEO, I am deeply proud of the leadership depth we have built. The seamless transition with Shwetank and the leadership team gives me full confidence in Chalet’s continued growth momentum and its enduring commitment to long-term value creation.”
With consistent growth, expanding assets, and a strong sustainability focus, Chalet Hotels continues to cement its place as a leading integrated hospitality company in India — shaping the future of modern, mindful, and experience-driven hospitality.

ELIVAAS has strengthened its presence in Jim Corbett with the launch of five new hospitality experiences Farm Naturelle, Sylvaara, Puvalgarh Farms, Aranya Library, and Dhela Jungle Retreat, expanding its portfolio in one of India's fastest-growing wildlife and leisure destinations.
The expansion reflects the evolving preferences of modern travellers, who are increasingly seeking immersive, experience-led holidays over conventional hotel stays. Together, the five properties offer diverse accommodation formats ranging from luxury farm stays and boutique retreats to private villas and full-service resort experiences, all underpinned by ELIVAAS' focus on personalised hospitality.
Farm Naturelle is an eight-acre farm retreat surrounded by orchards, organic farmland, and lush green landscapes, offering guests a luxury villa experience inspired by slow rural living.
Sylvaara has been designed as an intimate boutique retreat, catering to couples, families, and small groups looking for contemporary luxury amidst nature.
Puvalgarh Farms combines the charm of an English countryside estate with the serenity of Jim Corbett's wilderness. The property features a four-bedroom villa and a cottage-style suite, making it ideal for exclusive family holidays and group getaways.
Aranya Library introduces thoughtfully designed row villas featuring landscaped surroundings, dedicated reading spaces, and private accommodations suited for extended family vacations and longer stays.
Completing the collection, Dhela Jungle Retreat offers a nature-inspired resort experience with spacious suites, duplex accommodations, dining venues, and recreational facilities designed to complement the natural landscape of Jim Corbett.
Across all five properties, guests can enjoy curated destination experiences including wildlife safaris, bonfire evenings, farm activities, outdoor dining, private celebrations, and personalised concierge services, allowing visitors to experience Jim Corbett beyond the traditional hotel stay.
Commenting on the expansion, Ritwik Khare, Founder & CEO, ELIVAAS, said that Jim Corbett has evolved into much more than a wildlife destination, with travellers increasingly seeking authentic, immersive, and personalised hospitality experiences. He added that the five new properties have been developed to cater to different travel preferences while maintaining ELIVAAS' commitment to thoughtful design, exceptional service, and memorable stays.
The latest expansion reinforces ELIVAAS' strategy of building destination-led hospitality experiences that provide travellers with the flexibility to choose between farm stays, boutique retreats, luxury villas, and resort accommodations under a single hospitality brand.
