Miri, the acclaimed all-day dining restaurant at The St. Regis Goa Resort, is thrilled to announce the launch of an extraordinary culinary experience featuring Chef Avinash Martins, the acclaimed chef of Cavatina Goa. Chef Martins, who has garnered acclaim, including the prestigious “TOP Restaurant Awards 2023” by Conde Nast Traveller, and has been voted among the FoodSuperStars of 2023 by Culinary Culture, will showcase his culinary artistry at Miri on July 7th, 2024.
Renowned for his innovative approach to Goan cuisine, Chef Martins will present "Goan Rendezvous," promising to transport diners on a gastronomic tradition of innovation through Goa’s rich culinary heritage. The event will feature Chef Martins’ signature dishes such as “The Poder Story” with Pao de queijo and fig onion jam, and “Saby’s Melody of the Coconut Trees” with tender coconut carpaccio, among others.

This exceptional gastronomic brunch experience on Sunday, July 7th, with Chef Avinash Martins at Miri, will extend to the theatrical gastronomic presentation by the restaurant's own culinary expert chefs. The event will feature a wide array of authentic Goan dishes thoughtfully crafted by Miri chefs.

The Glenwalk, a premium blended Scotch whisky brand co-founded by Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and Cartel Bros, has bagged the 'Most Disruptive Brand of the Year' title at the 8th Talent Track Awards 2025, held recently in Mumbai. Known for recognising excellence in digital content, branding, and marketing, the Talent Track Awards celebrated Glenwalk's innovative approach in a competitive spirits market.
This award adds to a long list of prestigious honours the brand has earned in a short span of time. These include a Bronze Medal at the London Spirits Awards 2025, Gold Medal at ProWine 2023, Silver Medal at ProWine 2024, Silver Medal at the London Spirits Competition 2024, Silver Award at IWSC 2024, and Gold at Spiritz Achiever 2024, among others. These accolades reflect the brand’s unwavering focus on quality and innovation, led by co-founders Mokksh Sani, Jitin Merani, Rohan Nihalani, Manish Sani, and Chief Business Officer Neeraj Singh.
