Miri, the acclaimed all-day dining restaurant at The St. Regis Goa Resort, is thrilled to announce the launch of an extraordinary culinary experience featuring Chef Avinash Martins, the acclaimed chef of Cavatina Goa. Chef Martins, who has garnered acclaim, including the prestigious “TOP Restaurant Awards 2023” by Conde Nast Traveller, and has been voted among the FoodSuperStars of 2023 by Culinary Culture, will showcase his culinary artistry at Miri on July 7th, 2024.
Renowned for his innovative approach to Goan cuisine, Chef Martins will present "Goan Rendezvous," promising to transport diners on a gastronomic tradition of innovation through Goa’s rich culinary heritage. The event will feature Chef Martins’ signature dishes such as “The Poder Story” with Pao de queijo and fig onion jam, and “Saby’s Melody of the Coconut Trees” with tender coconut carpaccio, among others.

This exceptional gastronomic brunch experience on Sunday, July 7th, with Chef Avinash Martins at Miri, will extend to the theatrical gastronomic presentation by the restaurant's own culinary expert chefs. Beer takes the spotlight with bucket deals offering up to 20% savings on 3, 6, and 9 pints, perfect for sharing with friends. Making a comeback is SOCIAL’s popular Sausage Platter, the perfect companion to chilled brews. Guests can also indulge in exclusive bucket-and-platter pairings crafted to spark camaraderie and turn group hangouts into memorable beer-filled feasts.
Adding a quirky SOCIAL twist, each table will feature Brew Bingo, a beer-inspired challenge card with fun prompts like “chugged a pint in one go,” “spilled beer on yourself and kept drinking,” or “paired beer with dessert.” Guests can tick off their challenges as they go, creating laughter-filled moments to remember.

Santé Spa Cuisine, the award-winning health and wellness dining brand, has strengthened its presence in Pune with the opening of its third outlet at Law College Road. The new outlet, set in the backyard of a century-old home surrounded by greenery, features both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 120 guests.
