Chef Kunal Kapur has unveiled his latest venture, PINCODE, a restaurant in Delhi located at Select Citywalk in Saket. With a background rich in culinary experiences, Chef Kapur brings a fusion of classic Indian dishes and innovative creations to this new establishment. The restaurant offers a diverse menu that reflects Chef Kapur's childhood memories and influences.

PINCODE's ambience evokes a sense of nostalgia with traditional and modern elements, adorned with personalized artworks and historic photos of Delhi. The space allows diners to savour their meals in a leisurely manner.

The menu at PINCODE boasts appetizers like dhokla chaat and kale and spinach kebabs, while mains include foxnut kofta, pan-seared fish in coastal coconut curry, and Punjabi kunna meat. Chef Kapur recommends trying the pressure cooker chicken curry and the old Delhi-style bread pudding for dessert.

Chef Kapur's culinary journey has been shaped by his upbringing in Delhi, where he learned to appreciate the art of cooking from his family members. His comfort food includes simple, homely dishes like yellow dal with rice and ajwain ke parathe with meetha dahi and mango pickle.

Situated in the heart of Manyata Tech Park Nagavara, this expansive 1,500-seater microbrewery covers two acres and combines India’s ancient brewing traditions with modern, global influences.

ICB stands out by deeply integrating India's cultural heritage, indigenous ingredients, and rich culinary flavors into its brewing process. According to Gopi Chand Cherukuri, co-founder of ICB, the microbrewery aims to reinvent craft beer in India. "With our dedicated craftsmanship and a team of seasoned brewmasters, including a master brewer from Costa Rica, and culinary experts, we’ve perfected the art of creating unique flavors that are global and deeply rooted in India’s rich history," he said.
