With a rich culinary journey spanning over a decade, Chef Rawat brings a wealth of experience to the table. Hailing from Rishikesh, known as the Yoga Capital of Uttarakhand, Chef Pradeep's journey into the world of culinary delights began in 2006 as a commis chef at Trident Hilton Chennai. His career flourished as he traversed through renowned establishments like Country Inn and Suites by Carlson and Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. His dedication earned him promotions, elevating him to the position of Junior Sous Chef.
Chef Pradeep's culinary prowess led him beyond Indian shores to Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Spa and Resorts in the Maldives. His international experience enriched his expertise in crafting diverse cuisines, from Italian to Pan American, leaving his distinctive mark on each culinary creation.
Returning to India, Chef Pradeep rejoined the Marriott family, this time at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. With each role, from Junior Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef, he brought innovation and creativity to the table, enchanting diners with his culinary masterpieces.
Now, as the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Chef Pradeep is poised to create exceptional culinary experiences that resonate with both local flavors and global palates. His leadership skills and passion for mentorship are set to inspire the culinary team, further enhancing the resort's offerings.
