Chelsea Football Club, in partnership with The Ascott Limited, hosted The Famous CFC in Singapore from 30th November to 1st December 2024, marking the event's Southeast Asian debut. The two-day fan engagement celebration united passionate Chelsea supporters and Ascott Star Rewards members with exclusive activities, including football clinics, meet-and-greets, and a live match screening.

Marriott International is all set to introduce its Moxy Hotels brand to Dubai’s bustling Al Barsha neighborhood by mid-2025. Partnering with Al Ali Property Investments (API), the existing property will undergo a rebranding and refurbishment to launch as Moxy Al Barsha Dubai.
Chadi Hauch, Regional Vice-President for Middle East Lodging Development at Marriott International, expressed excitement over the project:“The Moxy Al Barsha Dubai will serve as a playful lifestyle hotel, bringing a spirited experience to Dubai’s vibrant hospitality landscape.
