Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Chetan Sharma as its new Food & Beverage Manager. With a career spanning over 18 years, Sharma brings deep expertise in hospitality operations, guest experience, and F&B innovation.
Before joining the Jaisalmer Marriott family, Sharma served as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Jaipur Marriott, where he led the operations of a 374-room property known for having the highest F&B venue inventory in the city. His tenure there was marked by operational excellence, strong team development, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
He has previously worked with legendary hospitality brands such as Rambagh Palace, Taj Lake Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, and INOX, where he earned a reputation for curating memorable dining experiences and driving profitability across diverse F&B formats.
In his new role, Sharma will oversee all food and beverage operations at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, focusing on elevating guest satisfaction, optimizing revenues, and crafting authentic dining experiences that celebrate the culture and vibrancy of Jaisalmer.
