Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Chetan Sharma as its new Food & Beverage Manager. With a career spanning over 18 years, Sharma brings deep expertise in hospitality operations, guest experience, and F&B innovation.
Before joining the Jaisalmer Marriott family, Sharma served as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Jaipur Marriott, where he led the operations of a 374-room property known for having the highest F&B venue inventory in the city. His tenure there was marked by operational excellence, strong team development, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
He has previously worked with legendary hospitality brands such as Rambagh Palace, Taj Lake Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, and INOX, where he earned a reputation for curating memorable dining experiences and driving profitability across diverse F&B formats.
In his new role, Sharma will oversee all food and beverage operations at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, focusing on elevating guest satisfaction, optimizing revenues, and crafting authentic dining experiences that celebrate the culture and vibrancy of Jaisalmer.

The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the appointment of Gurnoor Bindra as its new General Manager, effective June 30, 2025. With over 14 years of leadership experience across Asia and the Middle East, she brings a wealth of expertise to one of India’s most prestigious resorts.
Before moving to Goa, Gurnoor served as General Manager of Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai, the largest Sheraton in the Middle East. Under her leadership, the property underwent a major transformation, launching innovative dining concepts that won industry recognition. Her work has earned her several honours, including ‘Middle East General Manager of the Year’ and a spot among the ‘30 Best GMs in the UAE.’
Her career in hospitality follows an impressive start in finance across the manufacturing and service sectors. Gurnoor holds a degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, an Executive Master’s from IIM Lucknow, and has completed executive programs at Cornell University in Strategic Hospitality Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she has led several high-impact projects across regions to improve guest experiences, boost productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.

The Den Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Anindita Tah as its new Executive Housekeeper. With over 15 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, Anindita has worked with some of the country’s most renowned hotel chains and has been recognized as a top-rated professional for her expertise and dedication.
Her career journey includes significant roles at Sterling Mac Hotel, Suryagarh Jaisalmer, Sheraton Bengaluru, Gokulam Park Kochi, and The Lalit Goa. Known for her efficiency, innovation, and guest-centric approach, Anindita has earned a reputation as a leader in operational management, service training, and implementing high housekeeping standards that align with guest expectations.
