Clean ice creams are defined by their transparent, simple, and wholesome ingredients, which are easily understandable for consumers. As a result, experts predict a rise in the popularity of clean-labelled ice creams. Additionally, the report highlights an equal demand for specialized diet-friendly options such as low-sugar, protein-fortified, and vegan ice creams.

The report also identifies several key trends for Ice Cream Day:

Increasing Demand for Vegan Ice Creams: 75% of the panel anticipates a rise in demand for dairy-free, vegan ice creams.

Guilt-Free Dessert Choices: 50% of the experts believe that there will be a higher demand for ice creams with healthy claims.

Growing Popularity of Exotic Flavors: 75% of the experts predict an increasing demand for clean ice creams.

The ice cream market is undergoing a significant transformation, moving beyond the traditional flavours of Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. It now offers a diverse range of options, catering to various tastes and preferences, including flavours inspired by Indian cuisine and global offerings like gelato, sorbet, and fro-yo.
