Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has expanded its footprint in Maharashtra with the launch of Regenta Waterfront Resort-Dapoli, marking its 15th property in the state. Located in the serene coastal town of Dapoli in Ratnagiri district, the resort is the first Regenta-branded property by ROHL in the region and aims to spotlight India’s lesser-explored tourist destinations.
Perched on a scenic hilltop, the 75-key resort offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and direct access to the peaceful Dapoli shoreline. Designed for a premium stay, the property features tastefully decorated rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a poolside bar, an infinity pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a signature spa. Catering to all types of travellers, the resort also includes a kids’ play area and spacious venues for corporate and private events, with a 4,000 sq. ft. ballroom and an 800 sq. ft. banquet hall.
Guests can also explore nearby attractions such as Murud Beach, Karde Beach, Suvarndurg Fort, and Harnai Beach, making it a perfect base for scenic day excursions.

In a significant move to grow its eco-tourism footprint, Botanix Resorts Pvt Ltd. has announced the management of Astoria Jungle Resort located in Kotabagh, near Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand. This marks Botanix’s first resort outside the National Capital Region, signifying a strategic expansion for the group.
Under this new partnership, Botanix Nature Resorts LLP will oversee operations and marketing functions at Astoria Jungle Resort. The property, spread across 2 acres, features 21 thoughtfully designed private villas and a multi-cuisine dining facility, offering guests an immersive experience in the wilderness of Jim Corbett.
