Jaipur recently brewed up something extraordinary as Kaapi Solutions—India’s premier coffee equipment and innovation company—partnered with local favourite Coffee Sutra to present ‘Brews & Beyond’. The event turned into a vibrant confluence of craft, culture, and community, drawing some of the most dynamic voices from the Indian coffee and hospitality landscape.

Held at Coffee Sutra’s aesthetically designed space, this two-hour gathering wasn’t just a meet-up; it was a movement. From café owners and baristas to F&B professionals, media, and coffee enthusiasts, the crowd reflected the growing interest in specialty coffee in India, especially from emerging Tier 2 cities like Jaipur.

At the heart of the evening was a compelling panel discussion titled "Craft, Community & the Future of Coffee in India." It was led by Vikram Khurana, CEO of Kaapi Solutions, who’s not only a certified barista and international coffee judge, but also a well-known champion of India’s specialty coffee revolution. Under his moderation, the panel dissected the evolving consumer preferences, sourcing ethics, brewing trends, and the café ecosystem.

Kaapi Solutions’ baristas guided guests through the process, turning them from passive observers to active brewers. The Tech Capsule Showcase was a major highlight—letting attendees get hands-on with some of the most advanced brewing machines used in India’s top cafés and hotels.

Adding another layer to the evening was the Sensory Coffee Talk led by Coffee Sutra’s in-house experts. They walked guests through tasting notes, roast profiles, and origin stories of their signature blends—paired thoughtfully with desserts and savouries that elevated the experience. The vibe remained upbeat and personal, with mellow tunes, brewing chatter, and even giveaways like curated kits and brand merchandise making the evening memorable.

In today’s evolving culinary world, growing concerns around food adulteration and an increasing shift towards vegan lifestyles have created a strong demand for reliable alternatives to paneer. Among the many options explored, tofu has emerged as a preferred choice for health-conscious and vegan consumers. Made from soya, tofu offers a nutritious, clean, and versatile option, and Soyarich has played a key role in bringing this alternative into Indian kitchens.

Soyarich has earned the trust of millions across India through its thoughtfully crafted range of plant-based products. The brand’s plant-based yogurt products stand out for being cholesterol-free and enriched with Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Vitamin D, and Magnesium.

Soyarich’s lactose-free and cholesterol-free cheese spreads are designed for everyday consumption and are especially suitable for people with lactose intolerance or milk and nut allergies. These spreads offer a convenient way to enjoy a dairy-free lifestyle without compromising on taste.

Another highlight from the brand is soya chaap, a popular choice for tandoor-style cravings. With no added preservatives or colours and being completely cholesterol-free, it supports a protein-rich, meat-free diet while delivering satisfying flavours.

Guided by its philosophy of “Eat healthy, stay happy,” Soyarich has been serving customers since 2012.
