Compass Group India, part of the global leader in food and facility management services, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in ICS Foods Private Limited, a prominent Delhi-based food & beverage catering company with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Compass Group India's growth trajectory as the largest and fastest-growing food services provider in the country.
Founded in 1983, ICS Foods serves over 70 clients across various manufacturing sites in India.
