Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort has bolstered its leadership team with two significant appointments aimed at enhancing guest experiences and driving operational excellence. The resort has welcomed Turiya Joshi as Marketing and Communications Manager and elevated Naveen Negi to the position of Front Desk Manager.
Turiya Joshi: Marketing and Communications Manager
Turiya Joshi, a marketing professional with over seven years of experience, joins the Courtyard by Marriott Aravali team to lead the resort’s marketing and promotional efforts. With a proven track record in industries ranging from technology to hospitality, Joshi is poised to enhance the resort's brand visibility and deliver strategic marketing campaigns aligned with the resort’s goals. Her deep expertise in social media marketing, public relations, and digital trends will ensure that the resort remains at the forefront of guest engagement and operational excellence.

Prior to joining the resort, Joshi held key positions at well-known brands such as Dunzo, Swiggy, Byjus, and Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun, where she honed her skills in data analysis, media planning, and content creation.
Naveen Negi: Front Office Manager
In a testament to his dedication and exceptional service, Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort has elevated Naveen Negi to the role of Front Office Manager. With a hospitality career spanning over a decade, Negi has grown from a front desk executive to taking on leadership roles in renowned hotel chains like Taj Hotels and Marriott International.
Negi, who hails from a village in Nainital District, Uttarakhand, will now oversee the front office department at the resort, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. His leadership will play a pivotal role in promoting brand loyalty and streamlining daily operations.
“We are delighted to see Naveen step into this new role. His remarkable journey and dedication make him the perfect fit for this position,” added Rajneesh Kumar.

With more than two decades of experience in the travel and events industry, Saurabh brings a strong background in contracting, vendor management, liaising, and project execution.
