Throughout his career, Rao has made significant contributions to the Food and Beverage departments of leading hotels, including Accor Hotels - Novotel Pune, Radisson Hotel Group, Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. His diverse roles have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of hotel design, concept development, and process improvement and optimization.

A graduate in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Service from the National Council for Hotel Management, IHM Goa, Prasad Rao is renowned for his analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic planning capabilities.
