Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has announced the appointment of Chef Pankaj Badoni as Sous Chef – Indian Curry, adding a fresh spark to its culinary team.

With more than 12 years of experience in some of India’s leading hotel brands, Chef Pankaj brings both deep-rooted expertise in Indian cuisine and a creative approach to modern dining. His journey spans across Radisson Blu, Sarovar Hotels, Fairfield by Marriott Goa, and most recently, Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, where he refined his skills in creating rich, flavourful Indian curries.

In his new role, Chef Pankaj will collaborate closely with Executive Chef Feroz Patel to further elevate the hotel’s dining experiences. Known for his precision, passion, and focus on quality, he aims to craft dishes that blend tradition with innovation while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
