Known for his strategic approach and result-oriented leadership style, Kaustubh has built a strong track record in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities across the hospitality sector.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan, he served as Multi Property Associate Director of Sales at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad. During his tenure, he played a key role in enhancing the hotels’ market presence and contributing to sustained revenue growth through focused sales initiatives.

Kaustubh also brings over 15 years of experience in the Pune market, giving him a deep understanding of the region’s business landscape and corporate network. His familiarity with the local market is expected to support the hotel in developing impactful sales strategies and strengthening overall business performance.
