Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Alok Kumar Tiwari as the new Front Desk Manager. With over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, Alok brings rich expertise and a deep passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

An alumnus of Sambalpur University, Alok holds a BSc degree along with a diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management from the Air Hostess Academy. His professional journey spans renowned brands including Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad, Wyndham Shela Ahmedabad, and Ramada Egmore Chennai. His global exposure includes a significant role at the Salalah Rotana Resort in Oman, where he contributed to the pre-opening team’s success.

Throughout his career, Alok has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to deliver highly personalized guest services. He has been honored with multiple awards, including Employee of the Month recognitions and contributions to major pre-opening task forces such as Ritz-Carlton Bangalore.

In his new role, Alok will be responsible for leading front desk operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, mentoring front office associates, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences at Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi.
