Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Rubina Sharma as Hotel Manager, Mukesh Singh as Security Manager and Chef Subhash Jana as Executive Chef. The appointments bring together extensive experience across hotel operations, security, culinary management and guest experience.

Rubina Sharma as Hotel Manager

Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida has appointed Rubina Sharma as Hotel Manager, effective 17 August 2026. With more than 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rubina brings a strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, business development and team leadership.  Her career includes experience with respected hospitality names such as The Taj Palace, New Delhi; Jaypee Hotels; Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla; and Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Throughout her career, Rubina has worked across multiple functions, including Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, Marketing and Business Development, giving her a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations and changing guest expectations.

Prior to joining Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida, Rubina held several leadership positions at Eros Hotel, New Delhi, including Director of Sales & Marketing, EAM – Rooms & Business Development and Hotel Manager, where she handled the overall operations of the property. In her new role, she will focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening guest experiences, nurturing high-performing teams and supporting the hotel's continued business growth.

Mukesh Singh as Security Manager

The hotel has also appointed Mukesh Singh as Security Manager, bringing extensive experience in hospitality security operations and a strong understanding of safety and security standards within the hotel industry. Mukesh has built his career across several recognised hospitality brands, including Novotel Pune; Hyatt Centric Kolkata – Quest Mall; Holiday Inn Resort Kolkata; The Westin Kolkata; JW Marriott; and Radisson Blu.

His experience across leading properties has helped him develop expertise in security operations, risk management, team leadership, emergency preparedness and guest safety. His hands-on understanding of hotel security operations will support the property in maintaining strong safety protocols while creating a secure and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

In his new role, Mukesh will oversee the hotel's security operations, safety protocols, emergency preparedness and security team. He will also work closely with various departments to maintain high standards of safety and security across the property. His appointment further strengthens the hotel's focus on providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for guests, colleagues and visitors.

Chef Subhash Jana as Executive Chef

Adding to the leadership appointments, Chef Subhash Jana has joined Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida as Executive Chef, bringing more than 18 years of culinary experience across leading luxury hotels and resorts.

Chef Subhash has built an international culinary career across India, the Maldives and the Caribbean, with experience at properties including NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi, Maldives; Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa, East Caribbean; DoubleTree by Hilton, Gurgaon; Hyatt Centric, Delhi (Pre-Opening); Renaissance Lucknow Hotel (Marriott), Lucknow; Taj Hotels & Resorts, Guwahati; Sheraton Full Moon Resort & Spa, Maldives; Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks; The Imperial, New Delhi; Taj Rambagh Palace, Jaipur; and Taj Bengal, Kolkata.

Across these properties, Chef Subhash has developed expertise in culinary operations, degustation menu curation, kitchen hygiene and sanitation, banqueting, kitchen management, team motivation and leadership. His international exposure has also given him an understanding of different culinary preferences and global hospitality standards.

In his new role, Chef Subhash will oversee the hotel's culinary operations across its dining and banqueting offerings, with a focus on culinary innovation, consistency, quality and memorable guest experiences. His appointment strengthens the hotel's food and beverage leadership and supports its continued focus on delivering elevated dining experiences for hotel guests and the local community.
