Mohit’s career is a true reflection of IHG’s “Room to Grow” philosophy. Having started his journey with IHG in Food & Beverage leadership roles, he went on to gain wide industry experience before returning to IHG. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage and Area F&B Champion at Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity.

With more than 18 years of expertise, Mohit is known for reimagining guest experiences, integrating digital innovations, and leading high-performing teams. His vision for Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida focuses on blended travel experiences that cater to both business and leisure guests while driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
