Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Cozzet by Cygnett property in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand, strengthening its presence in one of North India’s leading wildlife and leisure destinations. The signing marks the group’s second property in Jim Corbett.

The upcoming Cozzet Retreat Jim Corbett will feature 51 rooms in the form of cottages, designed with a contemporary and comfortable style. The rooms will combine warm wood, neutral tones and signature violet accents with modern lighting, plush bedding and thoughtful guest amenities. Nature-inspired design elements will add to the relaxed setting while complementing the surrounding wilderness.

The property will also feature an all-day dining restaurant offering local and global flavours. Along with warm contemporary interiors and attentive service, the restaurant is planned as a space for relaxed breakfasts, leisurely lunches and dinners. Adding to the facilities will be a spacious 3,000 sq. ft. banquet venue, designed for social celebrations, intimate gatherings and other occasions. The flexible space will also cater to off-site corporate events, conferences, meetings and team engagements.

Located just 50 metres from the Mohan Gate of Jim Corbett National Park, the property will offer guests convenient access to jungle safari experiences while remaining connected to the wider Corbett tourism circuit. Attractions including Garjiya Devi Temple, the Kosi River, Dhangarhi Museum, Corbett Waterfalls and the Jim Corbett Museum at Kaladhungi are within convenient driving distance.

A natural river stream runs along the rear of the property, with all cottages overlooking the stream, creating a setting suited to travellers looking to spend time close to nature.
