A Legacy Reimagined Central Delhi builds upon the rich heritage of Minar, the beloved Connaught Place restaurant that has been serving authentic Indian flavors since 1970. This new venture maintains Minar’s timeless traditions while infusing a fresh, innovative spirit to create an elevated culinary journey.
CYK’s Role in Shaping Excellence From concept to launch, CYK Hospitalities played a pivotal role in crafting Central Delhi into a gastronomic destination. Their comprehensive services included designing kitchen and store layouts, menu planning, branding, and operational SOPs. The team also handled staff hiring and training to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Innovative Menu by Chef Aditi Dixit At the heart of Central Delhi’s appeal is its thoughtfully designed menu, curated by Chef Aditi Dixit. Signature dishes like Benaras Tamatar ki Tart, Buratta Nadru ki Chaat, and Central Kala Jamun celebrate India’s culinary diversity while introducing creative twists that captivate modern palates.
