Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Deewan Singh Dhami as the new Director of Operations. Dhami, who brings with him over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is set to play a pivotal role in enhancing the resort's guest experiences and streamlining operations across various departments.
Dhami's career in hospitality began at Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he quickly demonstrated his leadership abilities and commitment to guest satisfaction. Starting as a Guest Service Associate, he rose through the ranks to become the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, showcasing his expertise in hotel operations. His tenure at Hyatt included managing high-profile venues such as The China Kitchen restaurant, Oval Mansion Banquet Hall, House A, and Syrah, a Mediterranean restaurant.
Most recently, Dhami served as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Westin, Gurgaon, where he continued to refine his skills within the Marriott International family. His diverse experience spans food and beverage management, event coordination, and overall operational excellence, making him an ideal fit for his new role at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa.
In his new position, Dhami will be responsible for overseeing multiple operational departments, leveraging his extensive background to enhance guest experiences and improve efficiency across the property. His appointment is expected to further elevate the resort's reputation for luxury and excellence.
