Vegas Mall recently hosted a three-day event, the “Dolcetti and Chocolate Festival,” in its Central Atrium, drawing thousands of chocolate and dessert lovers. This festival provided an unforgettable live dessert experience, showcasing a wide range of exotic chocolates.
A key highlight of the festival was the exclusive chocolate crafting masterclass. Visitors had the chance to learn the art of chocolate making from expert chocolatiers. This live dessert experience allowed attendees to witness the creation of exquisite confections in real time, enhancing their appreciation for the craft.
Ravinder Choudhary, Vice President of Vegas Mall, shared his excitement about the event. “We are thrilled to host the Dolcetti and Chocolate Festival at Vegas Mall. Visitors indulged their sweet tooth with an impressive selection of gourmet chocolates and decadent desserts, making the event a haven for dessert enthusiasts.
Throughout the three days, the festival attracted a diverse crowd, all eager to explore and enjoy the variety of offerings. From artisanal chocolates to creative dessert presentations, the Dolcetti and Chocolate Festival provided a unique culinary experience that celebrated the art of chocolate making.
The event not only highlighted the skill and creativity of chocolatiers but also offered a platform for brands to showcase their products. In a move that sets a new benchmark for race-day hospitality, Procam International, the organiser of the TCS World 10K Bengaluru, has brought onboard Sodexo India as its official food and beverage partner for the event’s 17th edition on 27th April 2025. This makes TCS World 10K the first distance running event in India to be powered by a globally renowned food services brand.
The collaboration is aimed at delivering a holistic and premium experience for more than 30,000 runners and 1,500 dignitaries, where every touchpoint—from pre-run to post-run—is thoughtfully curated. Sodexo’s involvement marks a milestone in how nutrition and sustainability are being seamlessly integrated into large-scale sporting events in India.
As part of the partnership, Sodexo’s expert chefs and nutritionists have designed a nutrient-rich menu for the Procam Marquee, featuring superfoods like ragi, oats, and quinoa, offering both performance and flavour. Engaging live culinary stations will enhance the food experience for VIP guests, while individually packed power boxes with energising, functional meals will be served post-run to all participants.
