Dimension Hospitality, a leading US-based hotel management company, has announced the inclusion of the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) Nashville Downtown/Convention Center into its extensive portfolio of managed properties. This strategic addition was unveiled by Dimension Hospitality's Chief Operating Officer, Joe Viglietta, as reported by Hospitality Net.
Viglietta expressed enthusiasm about the new acquisition, stating, “Dimension has robust experience with the Hilton Garden Inn brand as well as the vibrant Nashville market. Capitalizing on those synergies will quickly translate into an elevated guest experience, career opportunities for our associates, and an improved bottom line for our owners.” This move is indicative of Dimension Hospitality’s commitment to enhancing its presence in key markets and providing top-tier hospitality experiences.
Located on Korean Veterans Blvd, the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center boasts a prime location within walking distance to Nashville’s most iconic attractions, including the Music City Convention Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Nissan Stadium, Broadway, and the Johnny Cash Museum. The hotel's strategic location is poised to cater to both leisure and business travelers, offering easy access to the heart of Nashville's entertainment and business districts.
Following extensive renovations, the hotel now features 214 modern guest rooms and suites, designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The property also offers over 10,000 square feet of updated meeting space, capable of accommodating up to 360 guests, catering to a wide range of events and conferences.
Dining options at the hotel have been enhanced to include The Garden Grille, serving cooked-to-order breakfasts, and the Hoppy Bird, which offers Nashville’s renowned hot chicken alongside local brews. Additionally, the newly introduced ‘Purple Iris’ lobby bar provides guests with a cozy spot to enjoy live music and a selection of beverages.
Tatum Kane, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dimension Hospitality, highlighted the hotel's appeal, saying, “The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center is a superb location for business travelers, leisure guests, and convention attendees. The renovation significantly raised the bar for downtown focused-service hotels.” Kane also emphasized the company's dedication to exceptional service, local market knowledge, and a comprehensive approach to revenue management, ensuring the hotel's success and appeal to a broad audience.
This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Dimension Hospitality, which now manages nearly 80 hotels and resorts across various brands. The addition of the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center to its portfolio underscores Dimension’s ongoing commitment to growth, excellence in hospitality management, and enhancing guest experiences across its properties.

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. has further deepened its roots in Mysuru with the launch of Regenta Resort Tropical Villages, a one-of-its-kind experiential property nestled in a tranquil setting. With this, ROHL now operates five hotels in the city, underscoring its dedication to Mysuru’s growing tourism and hospitality landscape.
This new resort stands out for its concept—35 uniquely themed cottages, each inspired by different architectural and cultural elements from around the world. Adding to this immersive experience is Mangala Kutira, an exclusive accommodation block with 12 rooms designed around India’s ancient Pancha Bhootas and Pancha Tattva philosophies. The goal? Built to cater to both leisure and business travellers, the resort features a robust wellness offering with a yoga hall, therapy center, and eco-friendly swimming pool. Culinary diversity also takes centre stage with an all-day dining restaurant, a dedicated non-vegetarian kitchen, and a Healthy Bar serving detox juices and traditional health drinks.
Guests can enjoy traditional games from Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America, while kids have their own play zones. Sprawled across over 12,000 sq. ft. of lush lawns, the resort is also equipped to host destination weddings, corporate events, and intimate gatherings.

In a heartfelt gesture of social responsibility and community care, The LaLiT Chandigarh recently hosted a blood donation camp in collaboration with Command Hospital Chandimandir (Western Command), Vishvas Foundation, and Red Cross Chandigarh. Held on July 24th, 2025, the initiative aimed to support critical healthcare services while encouraging a spirit of compassion and civic duty among participants.
True to its #WeCare philosophy, the hotel witnessed active participation from its team members, who volunteered wholeheartedly to donate blood. The initiative reflects the hotel’s deep-rooted commitment to wellness, community outreach, and social impact.
