Mezzo Mambo, a modern Mediterranean mezze restaurant, has opened in New Delhi, paying tribute to the rich heritage of the Silk Route, which shaped flavors and cooking techniques in various cuisines.

Led by Chef Megha Kohli, the culinary team draws inspiration from their upbringing and traditions to create dishes with cherished memories and tales. The restaurant aims to become a favorite neighborhood spot, offering a delightful journey through the Silk Route, from traditional Frontier recipes to Middle Eastern ingredients, each plate exuding a heritage of flavor.

The restaurant is a part of New Gen Power Hospitality, founded by Joydeep Singh, who has been in the restaurant business for 25 years. Singh, along with a young and dynamic team, envisions creating new restaurants both within India and internationally. The design concept by Freddy Birdy reflects a playful yet elegant ambiance, with vibrant colors and mirrors enhancing the sensual atmosphere.
