DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has introduced Saturday Splash Brunch at SPOT 360 – Open Air Poolside Bar & Kitchen, offering guests a weekend experience that combines food, poolside relaxation and live music.

Designed as a social Saturday experience, the brunch brings together a curated culinary spread, interactive food stations and complimentary swimming pool access, set against panoramic views of Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road skyline.

The culinary offering features a range of interactive stations designed to provide variety and made-to-order experiences. Guests can customise their salads at the Live Build Your Own Caesar Bar, explore flavours at the Fusion Chaat Station, and enjoy Asian-inspired offerings at the Sushi & Dim Sum Bar.

The SPOT Signature Pasta Station offers freshly prepared pasta, while the Breakfast Station serves eggs, pancakes, crêpes, waffles and other breakfast favourites made to order.

The wider spread includes artisanal salads and breads, cold cuts, curated cheeses, Indian specialities, global mains, live selections and a dessert counter, creating an extensive brunch menu for different tastes.

Beyond the food, the Saturday Splash Brunch includes complimentary swimming pool access, allowing guests to move between the brunch and pool at their own pace. Live music adds to the atmosphere, creating a relaxed and upbeat setting for weekend gatherings.
