Her journey began in 2014 as a Management Trainee with IHCL, where she transitioned into Learning & Development roles across prominent hospitality brands such as Taj, Radisson, and Lemon Tree.

In her latest role, Mahajan is tasked with spearheading efficient training procedures, talent cultivation, and operational enhancement. Her responsibilities include identifying training needs, inspiring teams, and ensuring seamless execution of training protocols.
